The hyperDent Practicelab is designed to meet the specific needs of practice labs and is an excellent option for those new to computer-aided manufacturing (CAM). The user interface is highly automated, which makes it much easier to use. The workflow is managed, and the range of functions is minimal. This lets users quickly calculate tool paths for individual blanks, such as glass-ceramic blocks, and preform abutments in just a few simple steps.

The ideal blank is recognized during the automatic loading process, and the user is suggested to use it. The positioning of the blank and setting of the connector are also automated. For machines with multiple slots, multiple blanks can be loaded and calculated within a project, saving the user valuable time. Predefined milling strategies are in place to ensure the process is stable and efficient.

HyperDent Compact is specialized software for dental laboratories compatible with all open milling machines. It offers a simplified user interface with a managed workflow ideal for new users and those who want to learn about CAM quickly. The software includes databases that enable fast, secure, efficient, and precise milling for all indications except one-piece abutments and bridge constructions. Users can achieve optimal results to match their requirements in no time.

hyperDent Denture Module

The hyperDENT® Denture Module allows for the digital production of complete dentures with a significantly reduced processing time compared to the traditional analog process. As one of the first CAM software systems to provide specified and automated tool paths for this indication type, the Denture Module offers various workflow options, including fully completed rows of teeth or pre-milled tooth pockets. Interfaces to different CAD systems are available, ensuring easy handling.

hyperDent Implant Module

The hyperDENT® Implant Module enables the production of customized abutments, implant bridges, and bars from circular blanks. With the help of intelligent categorization, only one master template is required for all systems. Additionally, this module can be combined with a millable interface geometry library for the most commonly used implant systems. This library can be linked to a corresponding CAD dummy geometry library, and your geometries can also be easily implemented. Despite possible inaccuracies in the upstream systems, an automated exchange mechanism for geometries ensures the production of high-precision parts.

hyperDent Grinding Module

hyperDENT® enables simple and easy grinding of glass ceramic using special strategies for the optimal generation of tool paths. Where possible, the full tool circumference and length is used to extend tool life and guarantee high process stability. hyperDENT® Grinding Module enables grinding of glass ceramic, lithium disilicate and other materials. with special, tool- protective cycles optimized for grinding.

Implant Components

The hyperDENT® Implant Components are hardware that matches perfectly with the hyperDENT® Implant Module. They are easy to handle and can be used with all commonly used lab scanners. The optimal design of the components ensures precise industrial manufacturing (milling and hybrid) within a narrow tolerance range. This is due to the components' exact recognition of the position and alignment of the implant. The precision of the scanbodies makes them ideal for scanning implant bridges. Furthermore, our professional implantology offering is complemented by a wide range of implant libraries and a universal screwdriver.

hyperDent Template Generator Module

The hyperDENT® Template Generator Module facilitates the creation of personalized machining templates for all types of parts. These templates can be tested through material removal simulation. The user interface is easy to navigate, and CAM experts can start designing and modifying machining templates immediately. They can change cutting data, milling strategies, and tools easily.

Multiple Instances
